Financial Goal Planning

This is how you plan to achieve the goal or goals you set. You’ve created a specific goal that’s objectively measurable, attainable, and time bound.

Then you create a plan to achieve the goal.

What do you need to do on a daily or weekly basis to achieve your goal?

For how long?

When will you check in with yourself to assess your progress?  Do you need help from someone else to make sure your “check in” is honest and complete? If so, who will that person be and how will you get them to help you?

At the deadline set for reaching your time-bound goal, assess where you are at.  Did you achieve your goal?  Did you make progress?  Do you need to adjust any of your goals as a result of what you’ve found out?
