The goal: determine your MONTHLY NET income (what you make on a monthly basis AFTER taxes and deductions have been taken out of your paycheck).

1. List your monthly net income from your job or jobs:

(Again, make sure you list monthly net income, which is the monthly amount of income you are paid AFTER taxes and deductions have been taken out of your paycheck. Look at your paystubs/paychecks or talk to your employer.)

2. List the MONTHLY AMOUNT you receive from other sources of income

Social Security:
Public Benefits:
Other:
TOTAL:

 

3. ADD UP number 1 above plus the total you listed in number 2 above.
